Hi, I'm Becky, and I'm here to create a space for you to slow down, reconnect, and nurture your relationship with yourself. I know firsthand the challenges of navigating mental and physical health. My own journey of healing has led me to this place, where I'm passionate about supporting others.
As a yoga teacher and mental health nurse, I bring a unique blend of experience to my practice. I completed my my 200-hour Yoga teacher training in India and continued on to gain a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra certification.Yoga transformed my life, and I'm eager to share those transformative practices with you. My BSc (Hons) in Mental Health Nursing allows me to offer compassionate support and hold space in a trauma informed and mindful way. My goal is to integrate these two worlds, making mental and physical well-being a natural and accessible part of everyday life. I’m committed to ongoing learning, and I'm currently deepening my understanding of somatic practices and yoga for recovery and healing

My approach is deeply rooted in my personal journey. I've navigated the complexities of chronic illness, cPTSD, neurodiversity, body dysmorphia and my experience as a queer individual. Because of this, I'm committed to creating a sanctuary of acceptance, free from judgment and designed for accessibility. I have a particular passion for supporting those living with chronic illness and fostering a compassionate relationship with self.
One thing that I know for sure is that you are worthy and you deserve to thrive not just survive.
I believe that YOU are the expert of your body. We are all such unique individuals with different passions, strengths, flaws, struggles.
So how could one thing work for everyone?
I am passionate about holding space for people to journey within, enabling them to learn about themselves, reconnect and evolve, arriving at their own realisations.
I like to go back to basics, through use of natural sources such as
movement, music, nature, natural foods love and compassion, as they are more powerful than we think.
I BELIEVE IN:
As a yoga teacher, my main aim is to hold space for you, guiding you through a journey of self exploration. I like to let the body flow naturally, synchronising breath with movement, almost like a dance through space.
I give you something to take away from each class, whether this is a reminder, a tool to use or a feeling.

My own lived experiences have instilled in me a deep understanding of the challenges and impact these experiences can have on our lives. This empathy fuels my commitment to creating supportive and inclusive environments. I approach my work with a lighthearted spirit, embracing the 'messy middle,' imperfections, and the beauty of authenticity. I encourage you to do the same, fostering a space where vulnerability is celebrated and self-acceptance flourishes. Expect laughter, honest conversations, and a genuine sense of connection.
