This class is a gentle exploration of self compassion and acceptance through the practice of yoga, interweaving mindful movement, somatic exercises, yin poses and self compassion practices. We will move with kindness and curiosity, honouring our bodies exactly as they are today.
So, why self acceptance flow? Through Becky’s own healing journey she noticed a chronic NEED for self acceptance as this is our foundation for healing and expanding.
