HeartSpace Flow: A Journey Within

 Drop expectations at the door. Here, your practice is yours alone - a sacred space to move, feel, and emerge lighter. This weekly co-facilitated journey with Becky and Jeannette weaves slow vinyasa with deep yin postures, guided by conscious breath. We create space for whatever needs to surface, honouring each body's wisdom and pace.


Through mindful movement and held poses, you'll:

- Release emotional and physical tension

- Connect deeply with your inner landscape

- Find clarity through stillness

- Nurture your nervous system


Perfect for all levels seeking:

- Emotional release

- Deep restoration

- Gentle strength

- Inner connection

Healing Space Flow

 

This weekly class is a sanctuary for those navigating chronic illness, physical limitations, or mental health challenges.

Experience a gentle and supportive space where you are met with empathy and understanding. We weave together slow flow, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, meditation, and breathwork, intuitively guiding each class based on the needs of the present moment.

Expect:

  • Gentle movements: Designed to honor your body's limitations and cultivate ease.
  • Nervous system regulation: Techniques to calm the mind and soothe the body.
  • Deep inner connection: Explore your inner wisdom and cultivate a sense of self-awareness.
  • A supportive community: Connect with others who understand your journey and find strength in shared experiences.


Less is more in this class. Come as you are, without judgment. 

Self Acceptance Flow

 This class is a gentle exploration of self compassion and acceptance through the practice of yoga, interweaving mindful movement, somatic exercises, yin poses and self compassion practices. We will move with kindness and curiosity, honouring our bodies exactly as they are today. 


So, why self acceptance flow? Through Becky’s own healing journey she noticed a chronic NEED for self acceptance as this is our foundation for healing and expanding. 

Expect:

  • Gentle movements: Slow, mindful flows designed to cultivate ease and release tension.
  • Yin poses: Poses that meet the body at its edge to help encourage deep release. 
  • Mindful movement: Explore the sensations in your body with curiosity and non judgment.
  • Self-compassion practices: Integrate self-compassion exercises and affirmations into the practice.
  • A supportive space: Connect with others who are on a journey of self acceptance and self-love.
